Season after season, designers from Proenza Schouler to Marc Jacobs have been sending fringe down the runways. I couldn’t be more obsessed with the playful trimming and have been jonesing for the Tamara Mellon version since it’s inception. Meanwhile, I have been waiting patiently for a more budget friendly skirt to break onto the scene and here it is, folks. For brunch with my Valentine, I paired it with a classic Comme des Garcons tee, because who can resist that adorable little heart on the day of love.
