One of my favorite combinations for warm weather is a simple cropped top paired with a midi skirt. The duo shows off just enough skin without looking like you just stepped off the beach or, worse, out of the club. I have such an affinity for skirts and dresses with a slit in the front (thanks in part to Angelia at the Oscars circa 2012), so I picked up this Free People denim skirt before our trip to Miami. For dinner one night during our trip, I added star-studded sandals and a pink lip to the tried-and-true combination.
