There’s a reason that the crop top and pencil skirt have been teamed together for seasons on celebrities and style stars alike. The combination is universally flattering and shows off the smallest part of the waist—the part that that tends to remain in decent shape despite a few extra weekend carbs. For my own take, I paired a simple wrap skirt with a cotton candy-colored top for a weekday look that easily transitioned to drinks with friends.
